CMP 41, 51 and 61 are severely hydro-treated paraffinic oils put through a molecular distillation process to remove light end fractions and contain a complex additive package that aids in gas ballasting off water vapor and prevents the accumulation of varnish, particulate and sludge on the internal components of the vacuum pump. The three viscosity choices enable the use of these unique fluids in a wide range of vacuum pumps.

CMP 41 is engineered for use in small rotary piston pumps up to 150 cfm but can also be used in large rotary vane pumps that do not require lower vapor pressures.

CMP 51 is engineered for use in rotary piston pumps from 150 cfm to 300 cfm with operating temperatures up to 160 °F.

CMP 61 is engineered for use in rotary piston pumps from 150 cfm to 300 cfm with operating temperatures above 160 °F. and is also an excellent choice for pumps that are older and require a higher viscosity to seal properly due to wear on the internal components.

The use of these fluids in high particulate or water vapor applications will increase the service life of your pump and allow for less extensive and lower cost repairs.
